This is a High Quality 10" Long self priming stainless steel hand pump. It comes with 2 plastic tubes: 11 3/4" and 36" (approximate length). It also comes with an adapter.

This self priming pump is easy to use. Due to different sizes of engine oil hole, we have provided an adapter, allowing for two most common sizes. Connect the largest tube to the hole closest to the handle. Select the tube size for the bottom part of the pump. The tube at the bottom is where water will be sucked into the pump. Continue pumping the handle and water will flow out of the large tube.
