- Free Standard Shipping is valid in the United States only. Additional shipping charge applies for expedited service and international shipment (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Island, and Alaska). Buyer will be contacted by the seller should there be any need of shipping payment. For expedited service, please state in the Special Instruction box during the check-out process and buyer will be contacted by the seller regarding the additional shipping charge and payment method through email or phone.
- Pactrade Marine reserves all rights in choosing appropriate carriers for buyers; USPS or FedEx. Customers can request specific carrier but might require additional fees.
- Due to the complex nature of the shipping industry outside the United States, we are not responsible for customary fees, taxes or other backdoor costs associated with the destined country.
- Contact us through email or phone if you are an international customer. We are responsible only for the immediate shipping costs from the US. We use only USPS or DHL Express International for foreign purchases due the fact that they entail the least problems and costs in the destined countries.
- Pactrade Marine Product Warranty is One (1) Year on all components. Except Electric Anchor Winch only up to 90-days. Any product developing such defect in material or workmanship within this period will be repaired or replaced providing it is sent to us. Proof of purchase date is required for any claims.
- All returns must be sent to Pactrade Marine at 1200 S. Fretz Ave, Edmond, OK 73003 with the Return Authorization Number that is provided when the claim is made with our customer service representative. No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted prior to authorization from Pactrade Marine.
