Flush Mounting Universal Set for Pontoon Boat Removable Ladder

This is a set of pontoon flush ladder mounting hardware attachment kit for pontoon boat removable ladder, but it works with most flush ladders.
One set contains: 
Two (2) Stainless Steel 304 plates secure the ladder to the deck.
Two (2) Plastic shim plates.
Eight (8) Stainless screws.
Dimension of stainless plates: 2 1/2" x 1 3/4".
Dimension of plastic shim plates: 1 5/8" x 7/8".
